Hi OCD, 

I would like to request for all the Situation Reports that was made by OCD about Weather Disturbances that brought about flooding in a certain municipality or City. This may also include weather advisories or flooding advisories from 2015-2020. 

We want to use your data in generating maps that has the highest likelihood of a localized weather disturbance causing a disaster.
