Hello! I would like to request data on or copies of whole situation reports on and incidents monitored related to disasters (flooding, cyclones/monsoons, earthquakes, landslides, etc.) in North Cotabato from 2008 to 2020. 

I am looking for the ff. specific information: 
1. Related incidents (type, date and time of occurrence, description, location, actions taken, remarks)
2. Possible/investigated causes
3. Affected population
4. Casualties
5. Roads and bridges
6. Water supply
7. Damaged houses, agri, infra, other assets
8. Pre-emptive evacuation
