Good day! I would like to humbly request from your good office an inventory of historical disaster damage by hazard type in Laguna, particularly Los Baños if possible, from year 2000-2020 (2019 if 2020 data is still not available) with the following details: 

1) hazard event and year
2) affected municipalities and barangay
3) # of casualties, injured, missing
4) # of affected persons/families 
4) # of houses totally and partly damaged
5) damage to properties in PHP per sector (infrastructure, agriculture, institutional, private/commercial)
