Hi! I would like to request for the following data and maps of the following in Famy, Laguna (2015-2018):

1. Disaster history, including causes of disaster incidents.
2. Frequency of the hazards' occurrence - seasonally, yearly, once in ten years, once in a lifetime.
3. Particular time of the year when hazards occur - wet or dry season.
4. Length of time the hazard was felt (e.g. days, weeks, months that an area is flooded).
5. Location of hazard prone urban areas.
6. All Geo-hazards Data and Maps
7. All Hydro-hazard Data and Maps
