Hi good day, I would like to request a copy of the NDRRMC Memorandum Circular No. 147 series of 2017 dated December 1, 2017 "prescribed guidelines in the conduct of review and evaluation of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plans (LDRRMPs)" and  NDRRMC Memorandum Circular No. 13 series of 2018 dated January 24, 2018 "{amending the prescribes guidelines in the conduct of Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plans by expanding the membership of the LDRRMP Review Team" and NDRRMC Memorandum No. 147 series of 2020 for our guide and references. Thank you
