Dear Ma'am/Sir:

Greetings! I hope this message finds you well.

I am Lianne Depante, a researcher from the UP Resilience Institute. We're conducting a research on the disaster financing architecture in the country. I'd just like to request your good office for the situation reports of the ff. events:
(1) 2019 - Southwest Monsoon (July)
(2) 2018 - Typ. DOMENG "MALIKSI" and TD ESTER "GAEMI"
(3) 2018 - Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Typhoon Gardo "Maria"

We've tried looking for them from OCD's website, but unfortunately they seem to be missing.

Looking forward to your assistance. Thanks.
