Greeting to your good office!
I, the undersigned, Planning Officer IV of Department of Social Welfare and Development – NCR, would like to request for your assistance with possible data sharing of your policies, programs, projects and activities and plan implementation as well as result of evaluation of the same (if any) in relation to your response to COVID-19. This may be for the public or internal consumption (within your agency).  
The request is in relation to my current academic requirement for master’s degree in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila taking-up Master in Governance Management.
