Subject: Request for Disaster Preparedness Assessment and "Gawad Kalasag" Criteria

To whom this may concern,

I'm a Master in Public Health student researching disaster preparedness in Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay. 

Could you please share details on how your office assessed the disaster preparedness there? 

Additionally, I'm interested in the criteria for the "Gawad Kalasag" award, and how the Municipality was awarded with such. Your insights would be invaluable.
