Good day!

Effective January 2023, the PDRRMO of PLGU Davao del Norte will be operating as a separate Provincial Government Office/Department.

One of the requirements for the  Recruitment, Selection and Placement of candidates to the positions, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition,Learning and Development / Training Programs is the crafting of Competency Tool/Framework.

With this, may we request for a copy of the Competency Framework of OCD, to serve as our reference.
