I would like to request a copy of the latest Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plans of all the 6 cities and 24 municipalities in the Province of Laguna. The document will be used in my thesis entitled Measuring Social Vulnerability to Natural Hazards in Laguna, Philippines.
