Good day. I am respectfully requesting for reports on the effects and damages brought about by the Mount Pinatubo Eruption in 1991, particularly in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Effects, specifically on:
- Land
- Local Economy
- Social Effects
- Government Operations
- Environment
- Population (including displaced population and casualties)

Damages, specifically on:
- Critical Infrastructure and Facilities
- Agriculture and livestock
