Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. For item No.1, I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. Please be noted that the NDRRM Operations Center only have copies of SOCs for 2018 - 2020. You may get the data on this link: https://tinyurl.com/dosc2018-2020. For item No.2, The allocated budget for the Regular National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (NDRRM Fund) per year since 2010 were 100% utilized - that is the allocated budget per year was entirely recommended for release to requesting agencies. The approving authority for the release of fund to an agency is the President of the Philippines. The allocation for NDRRM Fund depends on the approved budget reflected in the General Appropriations Act (GAA) per year. For item No.3, in year 2019 alone, ninety-nine (99) requests were approved by the President. The 99 requests were all processed by the Office of Civil Defense through the Rehabilitation and Recovery Management Service.
