Greetings of peace and goodwill. 

I am the LDRRM Officer of the Municipality of Silago, Southern Leyte. Our MDRRMC is on the process of formulating Risk Communication Plan. Relative thereto, I would like to humbly request the following documents and other references related to:

1. National Risk Communication Plan
2. Quezon City Risk Communication Plan
3. Barangay Paltok Risk Communication Plan
