I would like to request a copy of the official report for collapsed and damaged public school buildings in Cebu and Bohol after the 2013 Bohol Earthquake. Please also include the pictures of the damaged school buildings in the said areas. Since as I have read the NDRMMC Final report the list was there but no further details like pictures, location and etc.

Your FOI request is approved. You may contact the PDRRMO Bohol thru telephone number (038) 501 7344 or at email address bohol_pdrrmo@yahoo.com, where he can get the specific and more detailed report on damaged schools buildings incurred during the 2013 Sagbayan, Bohol EQ.
