Hi,

I would like to request please for the: 

1. Criteria and procedure for the enlistment of accredited community disaster volunteers (ACDV)

2. Manual of operations for the volunteers which shall be developed by the OCD in consultation with various stakeholders

both in accordance with the mandate of Section 9 (o) of Republic Act 10121. We are an organization engaged in CBDRRM and wish to comply with these criteria. Thank you.

You asked for Criteria and procedure for the enlistment of accredited community disaster volunteers (ACDV), manual.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

The ACDV Guidelines has yet to be approved by the NDRRMC Full Council. Thus, I have attached here a copy of the Current Draft of ACDV Guidelines for their reference. Also, please take note that the Manual of Operations will be finalized once the draft Guidelines was approved by the NDRRMC Full Council.
