Dear Sir/ madam:

I am currently conducting a historical Research about Municipality of Sigma, Capiz.

Anent this, I am requesting the final reports on deaths, damages and losses on agriculture and infrastructures in the Province of Capiz for the following Typhoons;
1) Undang (Agnes, 1984)
2) Ulpiang (December 2000)

Please include the name of casualties during the said disasters.
