The purpose of the study is to learn more about the existing DRRM systems/mechanisms of the Batangas Province and assess and examine whether the whole community approach was operationalized in these systems and does it lead to differential impacts of disasters in Batangas Province especially in to increasing their adaptive capacity and make less vulnerable to disaster impacts.
