You asked for Topographical and Geohazard map.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested.
For 1) Number of Disaster in Opol, Misamis Oriental from 2016-2020, I attached a file for disaster occurrence in Opol. Please note that provided are only those with reported effects specifically in Opol, Misamis Oriental. Other available data on the effects of disaster events are only specified up to provincial level. You may access the NDRRMC website at http://ndrrmc.gov.ph/ for more information on the Disaster Events under Incidents and Situational Reports.
For items 2 and 3,Topographical information and Geohazard map, I provided the Hazard Assessment Results that can be generated in the HazardHunterPH website at https://hazardhunter.georisk.gov.ph/, together with the screenshot of the maps and the legends for its hazard since downloading as pdf or jpg file is not yet possible. I also recommend that you explore and access their website for a multi-hazard maps with multi-hazard assessments for seismic, volcanic, and hydro-meteorological hazards with the inclusion of explanations and recommendations from mandated agencies namely, DOST-PHIVOLCS, DOST-PAGASA, and DENR-MGB, that can be used for various purposes.
