Your request for information is being denied as the information you are requesting is outside the FOI Program. However, relative to your request on the application for an OMB Certificate, we highly suggest that the sender shoulder register to the OMBeOnline Portal at http://online.omb.gov.ph/omb/login and apply for one-time OMB Certification but this is still subject for approval.
