NTC Permit requested by DHL

Requested from OMB by E. Loyola at 04:55 AM on Mar 23, 2022.
Purpose: For my company to send the company laptop to me.
Date of Coverage: 02/25/2022 - 03/23/2022
Tracking no: #OMB-648405665277

Loyola 04:55 AM, Mar 23, 2022

DHL is asking for a OMB Permit, as my Manager in the company told me. DHL in Hawaii is asking for a OMB Permit because Philippines Custom is holding off laptops that are sent from another country if no OMB Permit is given/shown. The company laptop is a crucial equipment in my work.

Please help me. Thank you.
