Request for OMB Certification

Requested from OMB by M. Lagera at 07:28 AM on Sep 28, 2023.
Purpose: For final destruction in the U.S. facility
Date of Coverage: 08/01/2023 - 09/28/2023
Tracking no: #OMB-687313734619

Lagera 07:28 AM, Sep 28, 2023

I am working with US Department of Veterans Affairs c/o US Embassy Manila and as a matter of our internal policy in Cyber Security, I am sending back the defective/pre-destroyed computer hard drives to the U.S. The hard drives are property of U.S. government and are already considered scrap according to our standards.

With this regard, I am requesting your good office the OMB certification as a requirement by our Shipper.

Thanks.
