I am working with US Department of Veterans Affairs c/o US Embassy Manila and I am sending back computer hard drives to the US as a matter of our internal policy in cybersecurity. These hard drives are defective and/or pre-destroyed prior to shipment and considered as scrap. The computers in which these drive came from is a US Government property.

With this regards, I am requesting your good office the OMB certification as a requirement for the shipment.

However, relative to your request on the application for an OMB Certificate, we highly suggest that the sender shoulder register to the OMBeOnline Portal at http://online.omb.gov.ph/omb/login and apply for one-time OMB Certification but this is still subject for approval.
