Hi, I would like to request for information regarding OMB permit/clearance issuance for my shipment under DHL express world service. My package were sent from USA. My courier is requesting for OMB permit. The current status of my shipment is for Customs Clearance. On this phase I need to submit the said permit in order to expedite the shipment. The shipment contains 1 unit of laptop which was a gift by my aunt for personal use.

Your FOI request is approved. Please find below the pertinent information for securing your certification from OMB:

The first step in getting a permit/­certificate from OMB is to submit/send a letter request (can be thru email) stating the content description, quantity, purpose/use of the items, name and address of the sender and recipient and your contact information [(email, telephone/cellphone number (IMPORTANT)]

Also, please send us a scanned copy of the airway bill and invoice provided by your courier.
