May I request for an OMB permit? This is for my laptop that has been held by our customs in Pampanga. Please  let me know any additional information I can provide. Thank you!

According to FedEx, My shipment is undergoing a Clearance Delay as I must secure a permit from relevant regulatory agency. Kindly let me know what documents are needed in order to receive the laptop? Do you need my contract of employment?
