Hello, I would like to request Optical Media Board Permit/Clearance for my shipment under DHL AWB number: 6302042213.

My package contains one Second-Hand Laptop from my Father sent from Kuwait. The Asus 2018 laptop is needed for my sister’s online class. The asus laptop is placed inside a Lenovo Box.

My courier is requesting for OMB Permit/Clearance to release my package here in Cebu.

I would like to ask for you help regarding this matter because my sister badly needs it for her schooling.
