HI! I would like to request on how to apply to OMB when there system is under construction.

I was filing for Renewal of License for a client and I clearly made the application for import and yet it kept showing "export permit" once I submitted the application. I've done this 2 more times and same results show. If possible would it be okay to apply for OMB in person or should we still wait for the system of OMB to come back up.

I would also like to know the telephone number or email for much easier communication.
