Hi, I would like to request for information regarding OMB permit/clearance issuance for my shipment under DHL express worldwide service. My package was sent from South Korea. My courier is requesting for OMB permit. The current status of my shipment is for Customs Clearance. On this phase I need to submit the said permit in order to expedite the shipment. The shipment contains 8 units of CD which will only be for my personal use.

Your FOI request is approved. 

This is to inform you that shipments (import/export) of MORE THAN 6 pieces of optical media and/or other storage devices REQUIRE OMB licenses and permits. 
This is pursuant to OMB Memorandum Circular Numbers  2005-005 & 2005-008.
