Good day! I am currently making a research on DVD piracy in the Philippines. In line with this, I  would like to request reports about DVD Piracy specifically in Quiapo, Manila, from 2000-2010. Annual reports from the said years would also do; however,  I could not find electronic copies of their annual reports since the website is currently down.  Also, any additional data aside from the annual reports is much appreciated.
