Hello. I would like to request for OMB permit so that my parcel would be released by Customs:
Airway bill: 4161AV7MSDS
Consignee: Mark Lemuel Sapio
Item: USB device/flash drive
Purpose: Personal use only
I sent four emails already to OMB email addresses (includes 3 follows-up), since July 21 - it’s July 27 already but no response yet. Email subject: Request for OMB Clearance/Permit | AWB 4161AV7MSDS | USB Device
I already run the risk of having my parcel tagged abandoned by Customs because of their 15-day rule.
Please, kindly assist. Thank you.

Additional details:
In the email with subject “ Request for OMB Clearance/Permit | AWB 4161AV7MSDS | USB Device”, I attached the following documents:
- Signed letter of intent, addressed to Mr. Christian Natividad
- Notarized affidavit of undertaking
- Scanned copy of my government-issued ID (LTO driver's license)
- Airway Bill for AWB 4161AV7MSDS
- Invoice for AWB 4161AV7MSDS
