hi! would like to request for optical media permit.

1. yung cadet sa barko dinala yung simcard ni hepe at may monthly bill po yung simcard na $50. 

2. kailangan daw po ni sm yung permit para mapayagan na ipadala itong simcard na to.

accidentally nadala ng deck cadet ang simcard na pagmamay ari ng chinese national na chief engineer sa barko, we're sailing. so sa family na lang ipapadeliver.
