Hello. I would like to request for OMB permit so that my DHL parcel would be released by Customs: 
Airway bill:  4302513062
Consignee: Fatima Coelho
Item:  albums
Purpose: Personal use only 
In the email with subject “Request for OMB Permit, I attached the following documents: 
- Signed letter of intent, addressed to Mr. Jeremy Siron Marquez
- Valid Government ID
- Airway Bill for 4302513062
- Invoice for 4302513062
Im not a business entity and I only intended to intend to use it for personal purpose. Its unfair on my part to process a permit and pay for business license

However, relative to your request on the application for an OMB Certificate, we highly suggest that you register to the OMBeOnline Portal at http://online.omb.gov.ph/omb/login and apply for your one-time OMB certification, subject for approval.
