Dear Sir/Madam,
We are currently implementing a project called Rapid Research in Diagnostics Development for TB Network (R2D2 Project). We will be receiving an GeneXpert Test System with a Laptop computer as accessory of this device.  https://www.cepheid.com/en-US/systems/genexpert-family-of-systems/genexpert-system.html  as donation to evaluate tongue swab specimens for diagnosing TB. The said device and laptop will be for RESEARCH purposes only.  MAy we ask if we still need to get OMB and NTC Permit for customs clearance?
