I would like to request the OSG to give an official certification if they filed for eminent domain in cebu City in 1979 in behalf of the NHA or the republic of the Philippines .
The OSG must know the cases filed .
I also want to know what is the law of eminent domain in the year 1979 

I want to get an official answer from the OSG .. because I believe that the OSG is the only one who can.. 
and I want to know if they have filed a case for eminent domain for a project called Slum improvement Resettlement in December 1979.
