Dear Ms. Maria Cecilia Gena:

Good Day!

in response to your request please do note on the following:

1. A copy  of the Decision on the petition for the declaration of Nullity of Marriage filed by your husband was received by the Office of the Solicitor General on August 10, 2018, rendered by the Regional Trial Court-Branch 89 of Bacoor City, 

2. A motion for reconsideration on the Decision was filed by the Office of the Solicitor General on August 24, 2018.

3. An Order dated October 31, 2018  from the Regional Trial Court-Branch 89 of Bacoor City was received by the Office of the Solicitor General on February 20, 2019 denying the motion for reconsideration.

4. No appeal was filed thereon by the Office of the Solicitor General and no further action was made on the case.
