Hi! I would like to follow up on the Certificate of Finality.
SPL.PROC. NO. II-6341
Change of Name in the Certificate of Live Birth of Josephine Timagos 
Bearing Registry No. 2002-8883
RTC Branch 06 Aparri, Cagayan

The decision for Change of Name was made October 2020 and still has no 
certificate of finality is provided to respondent and petitioner.

Please let me know or contact me if there is already a certificate and how can I get it. Thank you
