Hi good day! Can you please help me get the certificate of finality of my annulment which was GRANTED last August 03, 2017 Rendered by Presiding Judge Tingaraan U. Guiling of Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 109, Pasay City, Under Civil Case: NO. R-PSY-16-22669-CV - Declaration of Nullity of Marriage.

The Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court where the case is filed. 

Perhaps you need the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding your case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
