I would like to request an itimized expenses the Philippines incurred in the ICSID arbitration case filed against  it by Baggerwerken Decloedt En Zoon NV (Belgian) in October 2011.

Hi Sandro!

Thank you for your message.

You said that I will get the documents by March 28. It's already May 20.


The request of Allantroy Sasot should not have been accepted but denied outright.

Aside from failure to state the purpose of his request,  requested documents are too broad and general and may be covered under the scope of categories of the exception list. 

The denial of his request was sent as early as 2nd quarter of 2017, however, due to technical glitch it was not sent.

Is this request offensive?

Requests for personal information and vexatious requests are not considered valid requests for Official Information.
