Response to your request

The Certificate of Finality and Decree of Annulment are issued by the Court where the case was filed. Please contact the Court where the case was filed to get said documents.

In case or perhaps what is required is the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding the case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.

Look for CITIZENS CHARTER, FRONTLINE SERVICES/SERVICES OFFERED (Individuals or parties to a case who needs certification of OSG’s receipt of court decisions/orders and/or certified true copy of originals of said decisions/orders, SEE LINK BELOW::
