Hi good day! please help me to get  the certificate of finality of annulment which was granted last December 20, 2022 in RTC, Second Judicial Region,Branch VI, Aparri Cagayan on the court of judge Neljoe A Cortes,Civil case No.II-6474 -Declaration of Nullity of marriage.

Response to your request

The Certificate of Finality/Decree regarding Annulment of Marriage is issued by the Court where the case was filed. Please contact the Court where the case was filed to get said Certificate.

In case or perhaps what is required is the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding the case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
