My petition for my annulment was granted Last November 2020 and published dated March 2022. However until now i don’t have the certificate of finality.

The Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court where the case was filed. Please contact the Court where you filed the case.

In case the Court requires the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding your case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.

Look for CITIZENS CHARTER, FRONTLINE SERVICES/SERVICES OFFERED (Individuals or parties to a case who needs certification of OSG’s receipt of court decisions/orders and/or certified true copy of originals of said decisions/orders, SEE LINK BELOW::

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
