The three documents, Certificate of Finality, decree and decision are issued by the Court where the case was filed. Please contact the Court where you filed the case to get copies.

In case the Court requires the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Orders of the court, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.

Look for CITIZENS CHARTER, FRONTLINE SERVICES/SERVICES OFFERED (Individuals or parties to a case who needs certification of OSG’s receipt of court decisions/orders and/or certified true copy of originals of said decisions/orders, SEE LINK BELOW::
