Hi I would like to confirm the date if my annulment decision granted by the judge of the court from RTC Branch 15, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao dated October 3, 2019 was already received by your good office. My civil case number is 271-18, Marinette Juarizo-Domingo (petitioner) vs Benedick B. Domingo (reapondent). I received my copy last November 20, 2019 and i tried to follow up at the RTC staff and they told me they will just let me know. Considering the fact as a petitioner, i think i have to know everything. Hoping for your kind assistance regarding my request. Thank you and God bless!

I just want to follow up my inquiry last december 11, 2019. I just really want to know when exactly SolGen office received my case. Because until now, as i follow up here in our RTC where i filed my annulment, staff in the court is very unresponsive.
Thats the only thing i wanna ask. The exact date and time of the receipt of my papers.

Dear Marinetter Juarizo-Domingo,
This is in reply to your query. We received a copy of the Decision in Civil Case No. 271-18 on December 11, 2019. The declaration of nullity of marriage was granted by the Regional Trial Court of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao
From the receipt of the Decision, no motion for reconsideration was filed. Hence the decision has become final and executory
