Dear Gemma Solis,

Greetings!

Based on our case record, the Petition for Nullity of Marriage docketed as Civil Case No. 17-10347 filed before the Batangas City Regional Trial Court was denied per Decision dated March 31, 2020. On appeal, the Court of Appeals affirmed the denial of the petition in its Decision dated May 15, 2023, a copy of which was sent to by the court in your address of record. Thank you.
