What do you mean by Finality? In case of receipt Court Decisions, Orders etc. You may retrieve your requested information from http://www.osg.gov.ph/office%20info/, see (OSG Frontline Service - Individuals or parties to a case who needs certification of OSG's receipt of court decisions/orders and /or certified true copy of originals of said decisions/orders. ) or you may contact the RTC where the case was filed for the status.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Office of the Solicitor General, 134 Amorsolo St., Legazpi Village, Makati City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
