We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.

A certified true copy of decision is issued by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) where the case is filed. 

Perhaps you need the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding your case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
