Good day! I am writing to request for a Certificate of Finality of the Declaration of Nullity of Marriage with Civil Case Number 10279  to update my PSA status. The court decision  was granted  dated 05th of May 2020  by  honorable presiding judge in San Fernando  La Union , RTC judge Alpino Florindo Branch 30
