Hi, we would like to request for a copy of the OSG Opinion on the taxability of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs) as mentioned in this Business World article: https://www.bworldonline.com/finance-dept-asserts-taxability-of-pogos-despite-osg-opinion/. The said OSG opinion was in the news last November 2019, but was not published/uploaded in the OSG website.
