Good day! I would like to formally inquire if there was a case of annulment or declaration of nullity of marriage filed under the names of Crisostomo Clarin Pangan and Jocelyn Dela Cruz (Bulacan).

My wife and I were separated for almost 17 years now when she left. I have heard several rumors that my wife has already filed an annulment case against me but to my knowledge, I have never received any notice or summons.
