A copy of the ruling of the Permanent Court of Arbitration on Manila Water issue

Requested from OSG by J. Catalla at 12:26 PM on Dec 09, 2019.
Purpose: Personal appreciation of the information being discussed in public forums on the said issue
Date of Coverage: 11/01/2019 - 11/30/2019
Tracking no: #OSG-094489428377

Catalla 12:26 PM, Dec 09, 2019

Good morning. News articles last week mentioned that the OSG will pursue all legal remedies on the arbitral award given to Manila Water in its case against RP.

I would like to personally understand the ruling itself so I can form my own opinion on the issue. Since the OSG has initiated actions to address the ruling, I am sure it has a copy of the ruling itself.

Thank you very much.
