I am Atty. Maion Drazen M. Cacho, Counsel for the Petitioner in the above stated case for Declaration of Nullity of Marriage.
The above Petition have been filed as early as February of this year and we have not received a Notice of Entry of Appearance and/or Letter Deputizing the City Prosecutors Office, Baguio City.
With the above stated premises, may we request your Honorable Office of the same for the case to pursue.

Please be informed that the Notice of Appearance and the Letter deputizing the Office of the City Prosecutor of Baguio City to assist the Office of the Solicitor General in the case of Andrei Nicholette Abubo-Sagarino vs. Rodel Roan Apostol Sagarino (SP. PROC.
